A lot of people at the moment are struggling financially, the world is in a pretty bad way. People are losing theirs jobs and houses on a daily basis. It is no fun and it certainly is a rough time for many people. Here’s what to do if you have lost your job and are having trouble trying to find another one…

Beg !

No not really, I was just messing and I shouldn’t be joking as this is not a good time for a lot of people. A news story I read yesterday just came to mind as I started writing this, it was about people begging on the streets. Although there are some genuine people really down on their luck, there are also some people known as ‘professional beggers’ that are earning very good money. Some of these people have jobs and then go out begging of a night, they all have homes. Very Bizarre, anyway I am not here to talk about begging and I don’t suggest for one minute that anyone should take up begging as a way of earning money.

What I really want to talk about is making money online. You see if done right there is no real risk involved and not a lot of money to invest. So why are you not doing it?

Situations where starting an online business is a good idea:

1.  You have a job and you are paying your way. But there is no extra cash for the things you want, like a new car, a holiday or even that new super duper home cinema system that you fancy. There is no disgrace in wanting, why should we just work for our needs, what about our wants.

Solution:

Start an online business in your spare time, you only have to work at it for an hour a day if that’s all the time you can spare. There won’t be any pressure to make loads of money, you will be satisfied with any amount I’m sure and then you can carry on building it, then that new car or holiday may become a reality and the boss might be a memory.

2.  You are a victim of our times and the crunch and have lost your job. All you can see at a time like this are the things that are at stake, like your home. Obviously your first priority is to get another job and you have got to spend time searching for one. Even part time work is an option just to keep some money coming in. You may get some help from the state with some benefits to help cover your bills. Losing your job can be soul destroying, try not to let it get you down, be positive and search for that new job.

Solution: Start an online business, yes your priority is to get another job and keep your head above water, keep the wolves at bay. But this is also a great opportunity to change direction in your life. At the end of the day you have nothing to lose at this point. Starting a business online is not going to prevent you getting another job, it is not going to make your situation any worse it can only make it better.

The crunch has had an effect on a lot of peoples lives, I believe that we should always try to see opportunity in every situation. Use these hard times to your own advantage by turning things round with your own action, It might possibly be the best thing you have ever done. Think about it, what have you got to lose.
