To get established in these markets is not a different process to any other market, you will still need to build a website or blog, so that stays the same. The difference is that you have a better chance to rank higher in the search engines and therefore get traffic and traffic means the chance to make money. So the choice is to be in a big market like this one where you spend most of your time and effort in trying to get traffic or be in a less competitive market and find it easier to get the traffic needed to convert into money.

An example of a niche market is working a market down in size until you are targeting a certain part of that market. Looking at the pet market, it is a huge market. So lets take out of the pet market, dogs. Now dogs is still a huge market with a lot of competition, so lets choose one breed of dog and create a site all about that particular breed, this has narrowed that market down to a small niche.

This can be the same for many markets, the car market is the same, but narrow the niche down to one make and model of car and you are in a smaller niche. One of the best types of niche market is hobbies. Knitting, sewing, model aeroplanes, growing herbs, making greetings cards, bead working and making jewelry, the list is endless. You can take a small niche and carve out an income from supplying good quality information about it through your site.

It is easier to have Success with a small market rather than a larger competitive market, especially if you are just starting out online. The other thing to remember is to try and enter into a market that you have some knowledge of or at least have some kind of passion for, that way you are going to enjoy writing the content for your site.

Is it in our power to change our mind or have we just got a mechanical mind, programmed to keep malfunctioning. The answer is yes and no, we can change our mind, it is not mechanical, but it can be programmed to keep malfunctioning and often is. We don’t have to understand our mind, we just need to know the power it holds.

Natural Mind

The natural mind is the most powerful thing in this world, but most people don’t use hardly any of the power it offers to them. Imagine owning the most powerful computer ever made, but only using it to email your friends, what a waste that would be, but that is exactly what most people are doing with the power of their minds, not using it.

What we are today and what we have in our life right now, is a direct result of how we think. We are what we think, it does not matter whether you believe that or not, you will only be what you think you can be, you will only achieve what you let your mind believe you can achieve.

Success Mind

In my last post ‘Online Progress‘ I ended it with me telling you how I wanted to talk about the success that is in your mind or not, there is success within all of our minds, that we can either use or waste. We all sometimes have an instinct for something, well what is instinct ? It is our minds giving us the answers, whether we use that information or not is up to us, will we act on it as our childhood programmed us to act or will we change our minds and use it for the good of our own self.

You can choose to change your mind now and start letting success flow from it or you can remain programmed by Childhood, Media, Governments and anything else that makes up your mind for you, but remember Change Nothing And Nothing Will Change.

If you want to do something, achieve something, who can really stop you if you want it, believe it and set out to achieve it, your mind will not put up a fight if you want it that badly and are prepared to believe you can do it and take action to achieve it, then your mind will deliver it. Your mind is on your side waiting to be of service to you, remember this – Negative and Positive are Natural Laws and they Attract their Like.

Negative Will Attract Negative and Positive Will Attract Positive. If you think Negative, then it will flow to you in Abundance, If you think Positive, then it will flow to you in Abundance. The choice is yours, which one do you want in your life ?

Dynamic Mind

I also mentioned in my last post, that if you take a look back through history and even people in the present day that are highly successful in their field. You will find that none of them had instant success, they all had their obstacles to overcome, some people would call these failures, but these highly successful people only saw them as temporary setbacks, little problems, that they would find solutions for and they did not stop until they found the solutions and became successful.

They knew that they could achieve exactly what they wanted to, they let their Dynamic Minds help them to get what they wanted, they only visualized success and only thought in the positive and that is why they are part of our history.

Awakening Mind

Most of these many options are pretty much the same with differing levels of detail and just packaged in a different way. Some of them put more effort into the promotion of the program than the content that is inside it and it is easy to get sucked in and spend money for no real benefit. The thing for any newbie is to remember that there is no easy way to get rich online. So if an advert is telling you that you will be making thousands by lunchtime then forget it and move on.

The most important thing is to spend the time to do your research and then when you find a program that you are happy with and think that you can work with, stick to it. When you begin to work in the make money online platform you will be exposed to many people telling you that they can show you how to make money the easy way online. Ignore them and stick to the program you chose, at least for six months. By this time you should be seeing some kind of results for your hard work and if you are not then may be it is time to look at a different way. You will have learned a lot in this six months and will be able to pick out a winning program a lot easier than before.

The point I am making here is that you have to give the program you chose a fair chance to deliver and by getting distracted by other programs will only dilute the chance of you making any money with your chosen program. The other thing to remember is that most of these programs are teaching the same thing, but just in a different way and with different detail. So if your chosen program tells you to do something a certain way and then another program tells you to do the same thing a different way, then this will only lead to confusion and you won’t know which way to actually do it because you will not know which is the right way. Both ways will probably work to different levels of success, but who needs all that conflicting information when you are first starting out.

Once you have put all your effort into one program, you know how it works and how to implement it and you are getting results, then you can look at other programs, if only to keep some variety in your work. The difference is that because you now have some experience of actually making money online (even if it is not a lot) you will look at other programs from a different angle and not through the eyes of a newbie. You will understand from the information that is doing its job of selling the program to you (the sales page) whether or not it has any real chance of success. You tend to ignore the $ signs and read the important parts of how the program actually works and whether it is going to teach you anything that you don’t already know.

So find the program that is going to get you started online as we all need some where to learn our trade. Think of it as your apprenticeship into this industry, focus on mastering the program rather than the money you might make from it and give it a chance to work, it won’t happen overnight despite what some adverts say.

This blog is all about earning money online, on my Internet journey I have learned many different techniques that have helped me to do just that. Through what I have learnt (and still learning) I am able to teach these different techniques from my own experience, so I draw from this experience and tell it how I have done it. If you have a blog then as I explained in Original Content, Google does not like blogs that just post Copycat articles, it much prefers original content and if you can keep your content all original then you will get ranked better in the search engines. Also why would you want to write exactly what someone else has written, there is no value in that, by all means learn from other sites but always give a part of yourself to every post you put out there to your readers. This way your blog becomes you, your style and your personality. So don’t be a copycat writer just be YOU!

Through a friend of mine I came across a very clever individual a few years ago and what I have learnt from him about property is amazing. His name is Andy Shaw and if you are willing to learn what he has to teach, then you can have a very wealthy road ahead.

When most people decide to buy a house or any other kind of property they normally have a deposit and then borrow the balance, which in the UK is called a Mortgage. The thing is that most people really don’t understand the mortgage fully and look at it as a debt that they want to pay off as soon as possible and as for the banks and building societies they don’t understand mortgages either, they don’t understand the product they are selling us, if they did they would change there loan criteria.

People get scared of mortgages and property, especially in the down times we are experiencing at the moment. When you listen to how Andy has bought and bought property what ever the financial climate, it is pretty amazing and it will change how you view property. You see the thing is that Andy doesn’t sell property he only buys it and when you know what he knows then you would never sell a property again. Instead of trying to sell your house to move somewhere else, don’t;  keep it and just buy another one. In fact when you know how you will just keep on buying.

The media in a time like this is full of property investors losing everything, well they obviously don’t know property money and the real truth. You see if you learn from and follow how Andy has done it then it doesn’t matter what the market does and he has hundreds of properties in several countries. He started buying property after an extensive research on the history of property and found that there was a pattern throughout history. You need to discover it, because when you do, Well!

I can’t explain everything here as this post would become a book and I would only be repeating what Andy can tell you and after all it is Andy that is the expert, so it is only right that he should explain property money himself.

The bottom line is that if you want to make money online with your site then there is one main thing that you are going to need. If you don’t have this one main thing then you will not make One Dollar from your site. The main thing we are talking about here is traffic, which basically means visitors. If no one is visiting your site then you are not going to make any money.

This is why search engines are so important, because if you can rank high on them then you will bag a large percentage of the traffic that is searching for information relating to your sites topic. So how do you get to be on their front page or better still No.1.

The main thing that will always help long term is to constantly add good quality original content. Search engines are in business for content, their job is to provide web surfers with the information they are looking for, but if your content is just a copy of other sites content then you will get over looked. But if you are providing new content then you are giving them exactly what they want.

By getting traffic from other avenues like article marketing which I will cover soon, you will start to get backlinks to your site. Backlinks are another thing that the search engines look for because if you have thousands of backlinks then they know that your site is popular, so they will rank it high.

A backlink put very simply is a link to your site from another site. I will demonstrate here on my site. Think of this post as my site and a post I wrote back in May called Niche as your site. Now as your read my site I will link to Niche which is your site, so if you the reader on my site clicked on that link it would take you to Niche which is your site. That link would be a backlink from my site to yours.

Ranking high in search engines can take a considerable amount of time but as long as you are always adding quality original content to your site then you will gradually get your backlinks and the search engines will seek you out and rank you high.

So just keep plugging away and you will rise higher and higher as the weeks move forward.

You have to learn as much as you can about whatever business you decide to go into and an online business is no different. If you can learn as much as possible about your chosen online business and you implement what you have learned, then there is no reason what so ever why you cannot make it online and be successful.

In my experience there only seems to be one major thing that normally holds people back and stops them from achieving what they want to in any business and that is themselves. It is all about mindset and there are not that many that have the right mindset. Most people, including myself at one time, tend to block their own success through their own minds. We seem to do this without even realizing it, we put up a mental block to success, we simply don’t let our self succeed.

I was the same when I started online, for some reason I had this thought process that did not really believe that I could actually make money online. This is the reason why it took me a long time to make any money, I just did not have the belief that it could happen. Making my money online was my biggest dream, but my success was blocked by the thoughts in my mind. I was lucky to come across a few people that helped me by making me realize that my failings to make money online were down to myself.

It is a hard thing to actually see and admit to, but when you do you can change everything around very quickly. When you understand that the little voice in your head that repeatedly says to you that “this is not going to work, you will never make money online”, can be silenced and replaced with the real belief that you can achieve anything that you want to achieve, then you can begin to make your way online.

You have to know that you are very capable of making it online and this goes for any business. We can achieve exactly what we believe, in fact where we are at this exact moment in our life, everything we have and everything we have done up to now, is a direct result of our thoughts and beliefs. The mind is powerful, so use it in the right way, use it to get what you want and not what you don’t want. Thinking and dwelling on what you don’t want will bring more of exactly that into your life. Think about what you do want in your life and totally believe that you can have just that and it will begin to show up in your life.

I hope that is not to heavy or critical of us, but it is the truth and it is what all those people that have made fortunes have in common, belief in what they can achieve in their lives. So the bottom line is if you have any doubt or believe you cannot make it online, then you never will.

I told you on the 25th July 2009 that I was going to write an e-book that is just about two weeks ago and I have only had three of those days so far to work on it as I have been so busy with some other new online projects that I am working on, when things roll they really roll.

Don’t worry though it is coming on nicely, progress is good. I haven’t got to spend time researching anything, I have just got to get all the knowledge that I have learnt out of my head and into words so that you can learn and benefit from it.

I thought I would take this opportunity to give you a rough idea of how I am structuring the information. It is better if you know up front whether this will be for you or not, that way I won’t waste your time.

The outline of my e-book is to get anyone started at the very beginning of their online journey. What this means is that I will show you how to get from your thoughts of making money online to actually go through the process of doing just that. Rather than you going from your thoughts into a program you have spent money on that you do not understand as it doesn’t start right at the beginning and is far to advanced for a beginner.

So I will outline everything you are going to need to get you off and running as an online entrepreneur. From this information alone you will have what you need to get yourself established online. But that is not all you get, once you have read  my e-book there will be more.

I will send you two options; Options 1 will be to go straight to the main event and Option 2 will be to take a slower ride around the outside.

I can’t go into that much detail yet because I am still working out all the little finer details but that is the basic structure.

Lucky guy, although I say lucky he obviously put in the work to achieve the traffic and earn the money in the first place ‘lucky guy’. So if we have a website that has an average amount of traffic then we will still earn money from adsense, but it will not be as consistent or as much as Jeremy, still all income is good money, right.

There is are other ways to make money with adsense and one that I particularly like is to add adsense to your email marketing. Now you obviously need to be building a list for this to work, but it is a good way of bumping up your adsense income and it is surprising how much you can earn from it.

The more people you have in your list the more potential money you can make. This is not just adding adsense to the emails you send out to your list, it is better than that. So here’s what you do..

Send a broadcast to your list, this means one email that is sent to your whole list. Make it a short email, just saying that you have this great article or video that would be of benefit to your subscriber, you then include a link to a private post on your website, so this is just a single page that would contain just the article or video and then you include a block of adsense. If you have a list with several thousand subscribers you are going to get a good percentage of them that will click the adsense ads.

The beauty of this method is that you are providing your list with a good article or video but at the same time setting up a surge of clicks which in turn means income for you. This can be done on a regular basis and the other good thing is that it does not matter if they leave the page through the clicking of your add block, as this is the point. Where as adsense on your website means that when someone clicks on one of the links they have left your website.

So it is worth thinking about giving this a go and as I said the bigger your list the more effective this income stream can be, give it a try.

It takes time and effort to get it, but once you start getting traffic in the thousands you can order that new BMW. You can start living that Internet Marketer lifestyle that you see these online Guru’s enjoying. So is there a big secret that these Guru’s are holding back from us, do they just give us the little morsels of traffic generation ideas and are they keeping back the real killer technique that they guard with their life and keep amongst themselves.

Well no they have no real secret, just  persistence in their methods, and this is why they become so successful online and make so much money. A lot stumble upon something that works for them in a certain niche and then because of their success enter the make money online niche to share their successful system with the world and of course make some more money in doing so, which there is nothing wrong with, but success always boils down to traffic and the more you get the more you can earn.

Most Guru’s say the money is in the list and that is true, but you will not get any subscribers to your list if you have not got the traffic in the first place for people to opt in to your list. So it always comes back to volume of traffic that determines how much you can earn online.

Should we implement all the traffic building strategies that are brought to our attention or should we just concentrate on one or two of these strategies. We have commenting on other related blogs as a traffic strategy or answering questions on related topics at yahoo answers. We have article marketing, social bookmarking and many SEO techniques on and off site. But will doing all of them help our goal at getting the traffic we strive. There are many more ways than the few I have just mentioned at generating traffic and they all work to some extent.

To get the traffic we strive, first off we need to keep original quality content flowing on our sites, the search engines love it and over time will get the favor of good search engine rankings which will send a good amount of traffic. But as for all the traffic generation methods that we learn, they are up to us to try out, some work better than others and in my experience they all work at different levels in different niches. One niche I am in, responds very well to social bookmarking where as another niche has got very minimal traffic from the same effort of social bookmarking. I have one niche that seems to favor YouTube videos as its main contributor to traffic. But my most successful overall traffic generation method seems to be article marketing, this can be time consuming as you have to write a lot of material, but once written, each article gives your site a couple more back-links which are in favor with the search engines plus they expose your site to many potential readers.

The way to find out what is working best for your site or sites and this can mean different methods that work better for different sites, is to keep a check of your analytics, track and check and check again and again  where the best results are coming from, it is an easy thing to check and can be such an important resource to your online efforts. When you see a good amount of traffic coming from a certain source as a result of your efforts then pounce on it and do more of it and see that traffic grow.

So to conclude, when you launch a site to the Internet try all the different traffic generation techniques and track their results, if you see one or two different methods bringing in the bulk of your traffic, then pounce on those techniques and multiply your efforts in those techniques and you might just start to see the traffic quickly multiply and that means as long as you have got your site well monetized your earnings will also multiply.

Traffic generation is not difficult, it is not rocket science, it is just time consuming finding out what works for your sites niche and also frustrating when you can’t find the traffic trigger, but keep at it, be persistent in your efforts and you will eventually reap the rewards. Hey you might even end up as a GURU.

Not enough, that’s how many.

The trouble is in this day and age there are to many people that reach retirement age with little or no resources  for them to enjoy their twilight years. Have you got the resources in place to enjoy your retirement, will you be able to retire or will you have to carry on working. We work hard all our lives, so when it comes to retiring we should be able to do all the things we have dreamt of all these years, without having to worry about finances.

You may think that you have plenty of time for gathering a retirement fund, which may be true, but time tends to fly past us at an amazing rate and before you know it retirement could be round the corner. It is never to early to prepare for your retirement after all the more resources you have the more things you can do and enjoy when the time does come round.

It is also about now, what resources have you got right now, have you got the freedom to just go on a 2 week vacation acting on impulse, or do you have to plan and save. The precious life we are all given is for us to enjoy, we should do as much as we can in our lives, from helping others, to seeing the wonders of this great world.

Don’t put off life changing stuff until tomorrow when you can start today because, tomorrow soon becomes next week, month, year and so on, then before you know it you will hear yourself saying I wish I had done that, I should have done that. Don’t let it be to late before you change your life. The tools are available for you to change everything.

Will you take the action that is needed for you to change your life or will you still be thinking about it this time next year. In fact here is a little challenge for you.. Make a note of when you read this post, now make a note for the same date next year. When this date comes round see if you are still thinking about it or if you have taken action and are helping others to make life changing decisions.

I actually came across this system a few months back and decided to go for it, because this really is a great innovative system it is well thought out and well executed. But I stopped myself, I thought about what I was doing and had to admit to myself that I was not in the position to take on any more work, it was hard because I was excited, but I had to focus on my already busy schedule. Even if you get through some junk into your inbox then it only takes the click of a button to tell the application that it is junk and then that source will be marked as junk and won’t bother your inbox in the future. So there is no real problem, there is no major reason not to give out your email address to get some information that you are interested in, a lot of the time you will be glad you did as you may get some useful information.

If you are serious about making money online then you will have to give out your email address quite a lot to get info that you might need. If the info turns out to be a load of rubbish then it is very easy to unsubscribe to what ever you subscribed to, and that will be that, at least you would have not missed out on something that could have helped you online.

Even if you only get one little piece of information from a load of old guff, just one little nugget that might be beneficial to you then it was worth it. I have learned a lot from information I have received through giving out my email address.

If it is important to you to keep your address then set up a secondary one and sign up to newsletters and free reports using the secondary one, this is what I did and I must admit this really has become my main one as I receive a lot of information on a regular basis that is valuable to me, Yes I get a lot of rubbish but I just mass delete them, a couple of clicks and there gone.

So have a dedicated email address for your information search and don’t be afraid to use it, You might just find that break through information that fits as the last piece of puzzle to your online success.

I could have just written one post that said you could become rich if you followed this method by choosing one of these routes and given you the three different routes. But I guess I wanted to add a little touch of suspense, but more importantly I wanted to explain each one in a little detail so you knew exactly what to expect.

If I were being predictable, then I would share the most expensive version first (which is still very cheap), followed by the cheaper version and then the free version, but that would just be mean, after all you have been more than patient already. So the first version is the Free version.

You may be able to think it now and wholeheartedly believe it right now at this moment (only because I reminded you), but do you live your life by those thoughts and that knowing everyday. Probably not because you let the traffic of life take your everyday life over and you go through the whole normality of life everyday. What you really want out of life takes a back seat, while life itself crowds around you and takes you in the opposite direction.

So how will you change that, you might spend a day may be two looking to change your life, that might be the reason why you are on this site right now reading these words, but will you take action on any of the opportunities right here on this site. Will you take responsibility for the fact that the only person that can change your life is you and you will only change it by taking action.

Success will not track you down and hook up with you, If you want to be successful in achieving what you want to in this life then you have got to chase success and success does not happen without action.

I am not trying to sell you anything here, I am trying to help you, How ? By getting you to take action, by getting you to realise that we are all equal and that we can all be exactly what we want to be.

I know by helping you, I will help myself!

There are some others that also know it is going to do well, the other top names jump on it because they know it will be a hot seller, even if it is not even new content, it does not have to be, it is the name that sells it and I guess that is the privilege that comes with being a top name in this industry.

Remember in the post Write Yourself An Excuse Letter I mentioned the guys that inspired me, well the system I am talking about is one of these guys and the other top names that are promoting it are some of the other names I mention it that post. I had an email this week from the guy whose system it is, saying that it was going live. Within half an hour I had another email from one of the other names promoting that same guys system, ten minutes later I had another email from another of the top names also promoting that same guys system and less than ten minutes later, yes, you guessed another one.

I must admit I did laugh to myself about the frenzy that seemed to be happening and that all these top names were jumping on this system, but my laughter soon stopped as it dawned on me that they were all making a hell of a lot more money than I am making and that may be I should have been promoting this system as well. By now I figured that it was probably to late as I know that the numbers would have been restricted and it would probably sell out pretty quick and it is pointless telling your readers about a great opportunity and pointing them in the right direction, for them to get there and it is sold out. I certainly missed the boat on that one, still it did remind me of another fact, that I thought I would share in this post.

I have mentioned before that some people are slow at giving their email address out, when it comes to signing up for a marketers list, they freeze and I have never understood this because if you don’t like the information you get, you can unsubscribe very easily and you can also set up a dedicated email address just for your subscribing and keep your personal email that you share with friends and family for just that, personal.

I sign up for lots of marketers lists and have found some great information from doing so, if I think it is rubbish, I just unsubscribe. But one thing this does for me is keep me informed of what these marketers are doing, what they are promoting and what they are concentrating on. As in the example above, I know what the top guys are looking at and what they are promoting, okay I might not always be on the ball and be slow to react, but it does give me insight and is one of the ways that I can keep an eye on what other marketers are doing. So don’t rule out subscribing to lists, you never know how they could help you.

Any way getting back to the system that I was so slow to promote, it was from Jeremy Schoemaker and he has opened the doors to his system, the one that shows you how he makes money online using some different methods. I am not sure of the content, but it is rated by the other top guys that are promoting it and I would think it is pretty good if you think about who’s system it is, after all Jeremy knows what he is doing when it comes to making money online.

I am pretty sure it will probably be sold out by now, but you may still be able to view the video that explains the system and then if you like what you see, you may be able to put your name down for early notification if he re-opens it at a later date. Well I am not going to do that at all, I can tell you of such systems but this is not what I want to talk about here in this post. I want to talk about making money online in general. You only have to do a simply search in a search engine to find plenty of systems that will promise you riches, so you can easily part with your cash.

The point I want to address is that with the way the world economy is at the moment, unfortunately there are many people that have lost their jobs and are finding life real tough at the moment. So there are plenty more people do the search for making money online.

This means that many people are going to follow the dream of making a living online, now while this is a great thing the trouble is that many of those people will spend their cash but never actually make a dime online. This is the real downside to this industry and the reason it happens is that people are fed a force dream.

Spending thousands of dollars on a system that they will never get to make work for them. I am not saying that these systems are not worth the money, they are, after all any of us would pay out $5000.00 or more if we were going to earn more than that every month. I am not saying that it is not possible to earn this kind of money with the systems, it most certainly is, what I am saying is although when the advertising says that you can make loads of cash online with this system they are not being untruthful, they are More just not giving all the facts.

It is totally possible to create a money machine out of your online business. The facts are though that it won’t happen as instantly as it sounds like it will from a lot of the advertising that we read. To get your money machine you will need to put in a lot of up front ground work and be determined and persistent at your business.

There can be a lot of work up front before you start to see any rewards for it, so if you are in a position where you are finding things tough, don’t just jump in on a system pay your cash and expect it to get you out of financial trouble, because it is likely to get you deeper in if you do not understand the time factor involved in getting established.

If you want to join this fabulous industry then you have got to allow several months of seeing no money but putting in plenty of work.

Think of it as a massive hill that you have got to run up and over and then down the other side. On the way up it is slow, hard, tiring, and you don’t know if you can make it to the top. In fact many will give up and never make it to the top. But if you can dig deep, make steady progress and persist in giving it all your effort until you reach the top then as you go over that brow you will suddenly move forward quicker with less effort and gather more and more speed without having to put in any real work in to it. Very similar to making money online.

Think on before you jump!

You see there is so much information about how to make money online ( much of it recycled ), that you could spend years reading about how to do it and no time at all actually doing it. In fact stop reading this right now and actually start making money online right now.

OK I will carry on ( I was going to finish at that ) The point I am trying to make does go back to my last 2 posts Get Rich Quick and The Way Forward and the reason is that you won’t do it unless you do it. There is so much information on the Internet about how to make money online, that if you read it all you would still be reading for many years to come and you probably would get more and more confused by the day.

So what have you got to do? You know what you have got to do, yes, take ACTION. I won’t bang on about it after this post, but the only reason that I have gone on about it for the past few days is that it is so true. I mean lets put it to the test right now and answer these two questions:

1. How much reading have you done on this subject
2. How much actual Action have you taken on this subject

If your answer to the first question was a lot and to the second was none or very little, then you get my point, Yea! You can read endless words of wisdom form endless Internet Marketing Guru’s that will tell you the same thing over and over again, but in a different way and they will pass it off as a new break through.

Forget them all and just get on and get started, don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Mistakes are the real life lessons that teach how not to do something and are worth more than any Guru can sell you. Mistakes are the path to success.

Stop reading and start making money online (you know where the tools are).

Recently I have written a series of posts about getting rich, The Secret To Magic Riches, Get Rich Now, Get Rich Free, To Your Rich Success and Posses The Rich Powers, why not go read them. These have all been about the same thing and there is a reason why I wrote them at the end of the year and through to the new year, I wanted you to end the old year with optimism and start the new year with the right tool to make yourself rich.

That tool is your mind and it is at your service, for you to use for the good every minute of every day. If we have such a powerful tool at our disposal, then why do we not use it to its full potential, why do we waste our biggest resource and then moan that we cannot seem to make any head way on our plan to be wealthy. The biggest problem is that we are taught how to use our mind the wrong way from an early age.

I am in the process and I think you should join me in re-training your mind to get everything that you want, it seriously does work, I am already seeing some positive results. The point is that you do not have to change, I cannot force you to and there is no one else that can force you to. You are in control of your whole destiny and that destiny can be what you want it to be, but you have got to want it.

I am going to go into this in more depth as I think it is such an important factor in all our lives. So look out for my explanation of why your mind is your power to riches, in the meantime if you have not already done so you may want to read the five previous posts on this subject, just follow the links above.

There are some that will just turn to Internet Marketing for a way of making money, especially at this present time with a lot of the world going through a rough time with the economy. But do we stop to think if we will actually like being online everyday trying to make some money, do we know if we are going to like this form of work. The dream sounds nice, wake up when you want, no getting ready for work, no traffic jams, no having to leave the house and the money just pours into your bank account.

Who wouldn’t like that for a job?  The reality is different, you can choose to get up at lunch time, but you will not get much work done, you can sit there all day in your PJ’s, but it is not very inspiring. There are no traffic jams, that is true, but you have to motivate and inspire yourself to work. You do not have to leave the house, but it can get lonely working on your own at home, but the biggest challenge to carry on is when your bank account does not burst with money and you only see a trickle of cash if you are lucky.

This is where passion kicks in, I started Internet Marketing because it is something that I have always wanted to do years before I finally got around to actually doing it. I love writing, I love design, I love using a computer and I love working alone even though I don’t do everything myself now I did at the beginning. I am passionate about working online, it fascinates me, it inspires me and I feel total satisfaction in creating an income for myself and others from my own reality.

I have mentioned before on this blog that I have other blogs and websites, most of them are about subjects that I am interested in, the other few were purely business decisions. The one I am most passionate about is this one, this subject about making money online. Helping other people to find their way online and be successful in this business is an amazing feeling, but I would not want to help someone to get into this business if they were not passionate about it because I know they will not enjoy it and will probably not be very successful at it for that reason.

If you follow your dream, then you will be successful at it. You may not see success straight away, it could take a long time, but it is the passion for your dream that will align you with the success you desire. It would not be a great feeling knowing that you became rich because you robbed a bank and may be hurt someone in the process, it would not be a great feeling knowing that you became rich at other peoples expense. It would feel great if you became rich through doing something you loved and by helping others realise their dreams and create their own riches along the way, now that would feel fantastic.

So there is the idea and the explanation of passion in your work. If you are not in the position to just suddenly give up the job you hate so much and start doing the job you are passionate about, then it does not matter, you have not got to start your passion immediately, you have plenty of time. Accept the job you do as a vehicle to your passion, then start to take action on following your desire. If you are passionate about what you want to do, you will create the opportunities that will eventually give you the power to leave the job you hate and follow your passion.

Why not leave a comment below exposing your passion, you will get more power to achieve it when you see it in black and white in front of you, it may be that first small step you need to start chasing your dream, go for it.

So how do we go about choosing a domain name. You can have pretty much any word or phrase as a domain name as long as it is available. Choosing a domain name can be the tricky part, you may come up with a great name only to find out that it is already taken. You have got several chances at one word or phrase though, what I mean by this is, say you decided you wanted “fishing party” as your domain name. Then you would be looking for www.fishingparty.com but .com might be taken, so you could go for .net or .org the list goes on. These are the most popular and nearly always get taken first. Others are .info, .biz or .me as I say the list goes on. I would try only to get .com, .net or .org as these are the most trusted amongst web users.

If your chosen word or phrase is not available then you may have to change it slightly, so you could try my fishing party or the fishing party. You will find one that is available and when you do you can buy it.
You will be charged a fee for it that will last a year and it will be your domain for as long as you want as long as you pay the fee every year.

A great place to check out to get a domain name is Dynadot there is a box that says search for a domain, in there type in your required name (without any spaces between words) and hit search. You will be shown the results of what type of domains are available. When you find your choosen name you can sign up for an account and purchase it. It really is straight forward to do, the hardest part is choosing a name that is available.

Although the name fishing party was just plucked from my head as I was writing this post, I checked and the .com and .net are taken. So you can see that it might not be possible to get your fisrt choice of domain name.

You probably think I have gone mad, what the hell is he talking about you might be saying to yourself, the guy has flipped. I haven’t flipped not yet any way. What I am talking about is that if you are here reading this then you are probably pretty interested in making some money online (seeing as this blog is all about that), but even if you are not interested and you just stumbled upon this blog post and site by chance then this is still worth considering.

You see creating a website is great fun and if your subject is something that you really enjoy then you are going to have a lot of fun maintaining and adding content to your site. Now if you are doing it just for fun and really enjoying yourself, this means that you are not spending all your time chasing the dollar as it were and getting frustrated when the dollar does not show up. No instead what you are doing is just having fun with your site.

What can happen here is that you start to get a following and over time your traffic starts to build, before you are aware yourself, your site has become a huge success with a river of constant traffic. The point you really know your site is getting big is when you get advertisers contacting you asking for the chance that they might be able to put their advert on your site for a large fee. This is the point at which you can install other methods to monetize your site and this is also the point that a vast income floods in on a monthly basis.

So you see even if you are not trying to make money online it can just happen sometimes and this is why it is still worth having a blog or website on the world wide web. If you are searching for ways to make money online and you are in a program that is teaching you to build an online business, this is great and good luck with it, but my advise is to also create a site on a subject you are really into and just enjoy it, you can still work at your online business, but keep a blog for fun and see if over time it turns into the next big site online. and turns you into a wealthy individual.

I am not in the business of slating any particular system or program, I would rather just not promote it. Yes I have been burned in the past and it is not funny. Thankfully I did not get taken for a lot of money, but I do understand that some people have lost thousands of dollars purchasing or joining make money online systems. Most people if they are persistent will find the good among the bad and will go on to earn some good money online.

The programs that I trust, which is because I have joined them are the ones that you can find on the tab at the top of this page entitled ‘Make Money Online‘. I do promote others on this site, mainly in some of my posts, but only after I have done some research into how good they are, it would be impossible to join them all myself.

Anyway some things to look out for when thinking of purchasing or joining a program or system that has tempted you by their sales page are as follows:

• Always read the sales page carefully several times over and think about exactly what it is saying, could it really be as good as they say. Remember most hype up the results.
• However much they say you can earn, be realistic (remember the hype factor), halve it and halve it again. There is never any guarantee that you will get the same results as the program owner, just read any disclaimer.
• Due diligence, make sure you try and find out as much as you can about the program and the people behind it, go to forums and see what people are saying about the system or do a search on the programs name and do a search on the creators name.
• Think about the cost of the program, can you afford to lose the amount that it will cost you or will it leave you in a financial crisis. A program does not have to be several thousand dollars to be any good. There are many programs that will only cost you around twenty dollars a month, which most people can afford.
• Checkout the programs idea, what I mean by this is the money making concept it is promoting, is it feasible. As an example, learning how to build a website and monetize it, is a feasible way to earn money online.
• Does the program offer a good support network or a members forum, the best ones always have support in place.

In my opinion the best types of system are the ones that you pay a monthly fee for, the advantage with these are that, if you are not getting any support or results then you can cancel your subscription and you have only lost the money up to that point. The ones where you pay a large amount for up front and receive the whole course in one go, have the disadvantage that you may lose the whole amount, this is only my personal opinion.

If you buy an ebook then you will not be spending a huge amount any way and you will not get the same kind of step by step information that you can get in a good quality system. That said there are some good ebooks out there, but you have to accept that they are basically describing how something works, they cannot show you how it works, so you have to take them for what they are. If bought through a respectable resource, like clickbank, then you will be able to get a refund for up to sixty days if you are not happy with the contents.

The trouble is that some of those fee’s are very expensive and a lot to pay out when you don’t really know if what you are paying for is going to be any use and more importantly is going to help you to make money on the Internet. So what is a fair price, because no body minds paying a fair price for a good product.

Would you consider $2-$3000 a fair price, I wouldn’t, I think this is way to much, especially when most of the products at this level are courses that are in book and DVD form. You have to work your way through them, trying to figure out how they work, there may be some support but they are not easy to figure out for the novice. If you don’t understand something (which can happen a lot when you are starting out) do you really want to be calling a help line, or emailing and awaiting a reply. It just holds you up and this is where frustration can set in and before long you give up on the whole program. A total waste of a lot of money.

A far better way to enter this business is to pay a monthly fee, after being messed about and wasting my money this is what I ended up doing. You see with a monthly fee, if you are not happy with the service you are getting or you don’t like the program you can just cancel your subscription and you haven’t lost thousands of dollars.

You see with this method more often that not you become a member and this exposes you not only to a step by step process, but you get ongoing support from the program owner, because they know if they don’t support you then you will cancel your membership. The other good point is that most of these programs have got a community, so there is a forum where you can communicate with other members and share progress. Also these members are always eager to help a newcomer out, so you can ask a question at any time and you are guaranteed that someone will answer you and help.

So what is a fair monthly subscription, well I think as long as it is at or under $100 per month then it is okay to me, that was the highest I would pay when I started online. But you can get them a lot lower than this, my first one of which I am still a member of, over a year later is only £19.95 per month, I also have another on at $47 and one at $67 per month, they all have great support and a members forum.

You might be wondering why I belong to more than one membership site, the reason is that after I had mastered the first one and started seeing results, I repeated the process 12 times and wanted to try something different, so I joined the next one, which teaches a slightly different method. This keeps me inspired and I am always learning new techniques. Also I now have many different streams of income. This doesn’t mean that everyone should join more than one membership site, if you find one you like and are seeing results then just keep plugging away if you are enjoying it, and lets face it who wouldn’t enjoy earning online.

I have only included programs that I know are good quality and deliver the goods, I am a member of three of them and they work for me everyday.

I can’t at this point tell you whether it works or not, but I am trying it out so will let you know if it does work further down the line when I have given it sufficient time to prove itself. If you can’t wait that long then have a look Here and give it a go yourself. It can’t do any harm and it is FREE so if it doesn’t work then there is nothing lost, only about 10 minutes of your time.

The idea is that you promote this Free Service and then when someone else then signs up and they promote it, you will get traffic not only from your own promotion but also everyone who promotes after you (if that makes sense) so the traffic should grow and grow. It is explained far better Here than I have explained it.

Let me tell you what I think of this Free Service at this moment of just beginning to test it, I think it could well bring in a lot of traffic, my only concern is that it may not bring in the kind of traffic that will stick around on any site and therefore may not make that site any money. So it could be pointless traffic. I think it is better to have 100 quality visitors a day than 10,000 click in click out visitors. But that said there is always the other way to look at that kind of everyday quantity and that is that a very small minority of that 10,000 visitors may not just click in click out but stick around and earn you some money.

Any way that is the upshot of this traffic creator I have just found, the choice is yours as to whether to try it out now or wait till I have found out whether it works or not. Either way it is FREE.
